There are not enough adjectives in the world to describe how utterly fantastic Alicia is. We asked Alicia for help 3 weeks before our wedding - we had all the suppliers booked but were struggling to visualise the day and sort out the finer details. It's fair to say Alicia impressed us from our first video meeting, during which I whispered to my husband 'I LOVE HER' & we hired her instantly. She was asking all the right questions & picking up on all of our concerns.
She had three weeks to whip everything (including us) into shape & she did it in two. She went above & beyond throughout - answering messages at all hours of the day, sending recommendations, and even designing our menus & table plans. Alicia also asked us to send over all the supplier contracts to ensure everyone fulfilled their responsibilities. She established really positive working relationships with them all and our band specifically commented on how amazing she is.
On the day, Alicia turned up with the most amazing tool belt - sewing kit, antihistamines, ribbon (which matched our bridesmaids dresses perfectly - I still don't know how she did it), etc. There was nothing which Alicia couldn't pull out of her toolkit. She pulled everything together perfectly, took away all last minute issues (e.g. adjusting one bridesmaid dress with the perfect-match ribbon as the straps were a little long), and was a dream to have there on the day.
Everything I've mentioned above is a tiny snapshot of what Alicia does. We have since asked her (only half joking) whether she offers a life coaching service as we would be more productive, less stressed people with Alicia in our lives.
